The Analytik Jena TMP team was tasked with uncovering end user’s opinions surrounding various features in order to understand the “lab of the future” from the customer’s point of view. To accomplish this task, the team conducted both primary and secondary research to collect data that could offer Analytik Jena a competitive edge. To achieve success, the team divided the project into three main branches: User Study, Technological Review, and Proof of Concept. For the user study, the team developed surveys and interview guides in order to obtain diversified and abundant data about end user’s sentiments. The team then evaluated potential technologies that could guide the proof-of-concept recommendation.
