Waters, a major instrumentation company in Milford, Massachusetts, sponsored a project on understanding the genomics market for their product launch. The TMP team focused on three areas associated with a product launch: team based product development and product management and technology assessment. The TMP team developed a concurrent engineering and design team approach and release of the MALDI analysis system employing new targets useful for Genomics and Proteomics. The culmination of this project was a presentation to the senior management.
