The proposed project is focused on expanding and maturing the current method and product performance monitoring process and oversight at Kite. Kite leverages a variety of systems and procedures to incorporate, aggregate, and report on Quality Control (QC) data but lacks a holistic and robust process for the more regular and timely oversight and continuous improvement of our test method portfolio. The project would establish a QC data governance model that provides guidance, analytical tools, and the information necessary to drive a more profound understanding of our laboratory method execution, performance and test results. Furthermore, the output of this project could serve as a prototype for how other Quality related data is managed and utilized throughout the organization.
