Compare and contrast the relative value of using of the following four approaches to sterile bioprocess solution preparation [the scenarios], in terms of risk reduction, reliability [e.g., lost batches, repeat work, etc.], total cost of ownership, process changeover time and labor, facility design, facility build time and stage at which capital needs to be committed vs the availability of clinical data, capacity to expand / respond to peaks in demand, scale up vs. scale out, required head count, facility down time [planned and unplanned], and sustainability [use semester 1 findings].
