Elevating Excellence Together
The Strategic Plan 2035 provides the blueprint for the next decade of growth at Keck Graduate Institute. As we continue to build up KGI as a preeminent graduate university in the nation, this roadmap will help pave our path to sustainability and allow for recalibration as internal and external environments change.
Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs Megan Prosser will chair the Strategic Planning Committee, which will include a broad representation of KGI stakeholders. Along with the main committee, there will be four working groups that align with the priorities shared by President Mohamed Abousalem in September 2024 – titled Elevating Excellence Together Vision for the Future – Advance Academic Excellence, Enhance the Student Experience, Accelerate Institutional Maturity, and Elevate the KGI Brand.
The creation of the plan will include opportunities for members of the KGI community to provide their thoughts. If you are a faculty or staff member and would like to submit a nomination to serve on one of the four working groups, please complete this form by December 6, 2024. Student government will be represented on each working group. In addition, consultation sessions will be made available for members of the KGI community to provide their thoughts throughout the process, which will run through much of 2025.
