Year 1

While both programs explore the intersection of bioscience and business, the MBS degree offers a two-year, in-person learning experience. If you are new to the bioscience industry or are a recent graduate looking to advance your career-readiness, enrolling in the MBS program delivers the professional development and hands-on experience required to excel.
The MBM program comprises a series of stackable certificates and an MBA-level approach. If you are a working professional with a career background in the life science industry, pursuing your MBM degree, which can be completed 100% online in as little as one year, may be the right choice for you.

How to Apply to the MBS Program
Excited about the future ahead? Take the next step by applying to KGI’s Master of Business and Science in Biotechnology degree program. To establish yourself as a competitive candidate, we recommend submitting your application by the priority deadline of December 8. After that, we utilize rolling admissions.

- Transcripts from all previously attended institutions
- English language proficiency (TOEFL, PTE, IELTS, or iTEP is required for international students)
After you submit your online application, our team carefully reviews your materials. We then reach out to schedule an admissions interview, where we can get to know you better, discuss your academic and career goals, and determine if KGI is the perfect place for you.
Once admitted, you must submit a $400 non-refundable enrollment fee to hold your spot in the program.
