Summer Explore Health Professions at Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) in Claremont, CA, is a two-week program consisting of personalized advising, conversations with various healthcare professionals, and guest speakers from different graduate health programs to help students better understand the many options available.

Current undergraduate student or recent graduate and GPA of 2.5 or above.
An online application form is required that contains questions about your personal and educational background. Additional requirements (below) can be submitted along with your online application or separately:
We will review applications on a rolling basis. We take a holistic look at each applicant, and place great importance on letters of recommendation and your personal statement. The Office of Admissions will schedule individual interviews once your application is completed. We will strive to notify you about the status of your application as soon as possible.
Note for prospective international students: KGI has filed a petition update to Form I-17 “Petition For Approval of School for Attendance by Nonimmigrant Student” for this program with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Upon approval, KGI will be able to issue I-20s to students wishing to apply for an F-1 student visa.
The program is best geared for undergraduate sophomores and juniors, but it’s beneficial for anyone contemplating a career in healthcare, including high school students. The program also benefits those applying to programs in the current application cycles and seek highly personalized advising and support. There is a $350 enrollment fee and a $20 application fee.
