What first got you interested in your field of choice?

For me, I felt like there was more flexibility and diverse job opportunities with the MEng program. I wanted to be cross-functional and this allowed me to not only develop a deeper understanding of science but also learn about the business aspects of the industry itself.

What type of obstacles have you had to overcome on the road to getting your education?

One of the most recent obstacles that I had to overcome is the COVID-19 situation. It was definitely an adjustment and learning from the efficiencies and inefficiencies when it comes to working remotely.

How did you know that KGI was the right school for you?

I knew KGI was the right school for me because of the excellent resources offered. When I came for visitation day, I spoke to students and the faculty at KGI. The faculty were extremely passionate and truly care about the success of students. The networking experience that students receive is remarkable, and the curriculum offered is also pertinent to current industry challenges and is guaranteed to be utilized in my future career path.

Why did you want to become an Admissions Ambassador?

I wanted to become an Admissions Ambassador because KGI has opened various opportunities for me, and I want to give back to the KGI community. I enjoy speaking to potential students, helping others, and sharing my journey with them as well.

What is one fun and interesting fact about you?

One of the fun and interesting facts about me is that I have been to most parts of Asia.
