Tell us about an experience you’ve had outside of class (an internship, research project, publication, etc.).

The most prominent feature of KGI is mandatory Internship and TMP for students in order to graduates. I am so happy by passing these two great programs at KGI. Because the company which I worked there as an intern was near by the school I had the opportunity to work both at school and outside the school. While I worked in lab at school as a science, I was learning how develop a new business in life-science and these help me to get a view about my career after graduation.

What's one thing at KGI that no student should miss or what advice do you have for incoming students?

As an international student I advise the other internationals don’t miss the orientation to understand the mission of the KGI and what they should do ahead. The other thing which in my point of view is important for all of the students is pay attention to the projects and try learn them well and not look at them just like a simple project. I believe projects would be so helpful for them in their future career.

Where is your favorite spot at KGI or in Claremont and why?

I like to walk around the Claremont colleges. The beautiful scenery is awesome and encloses me; in fact, it is like a meditation for me to see such an incredible beauty which has been mixed with tranquility.
