The Team Master’s Project (TMP) is the capstone activity for Master of Business and Science (MBS) students, Master of Science in Medical Device Engineering (MSMDE) students, and Master of Science in Applied Life Sciences (MS) students that have selected the TMP option. First year Master of Engineering in Biopharmaceutical Processing (MEng) students also participate in TMP as a requirement for their degree program. During the course of the academic school year, interdisciplinary teams of typically four to five students work with sponsoring companies on projects to address important objectives of the sponsoring firm. These projects focus on real life business, regulatory, technical, or marketing challenges of the sponsoring life science company. The TMP final project report replaces the thesis required in traditional programs.
