Fundamentals of Surgery and Emergency Medicine

This advanced course focuses on the proper evaluation and management of surgical and emergent conditions. The course provides in-depth instruction on surgical care (pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative), as well as the clinical and technical skills required for surgical and emergency procedures. An additional emphasis is also placed on cardiac life support protocols and procedures.
