Vrushali Tembe is passionate about harnessing the power of science and building collaborative relationships across the healthcare continuum. She excels at bringing transformative and innovative medical technologies to market in a fast-paced environment, providing patients access to therapies with improved health outcomes.

Currently, at Edwards Lifesciences, she is responsible for Regulatory Affairs to dramatically improve patient outcomes by bringing Edwards’ transformational product innovations to patients. Edwards Lifesciences, headquartered in Irvine, CA, is the global leader in heart valve therapy and acute hemodynamic monitoring.

Her previous experience includes roles of increasing responsibilities in both pharmaceutical and medical device companies such as Pfizer and Abbott; defining regulatory strategies, agency interactions, and worldwide regulatory filings. An articulate communicator and authentic people person, she is driven and creative. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and yoga.
