Jeff Shilling joined KGI in February 2024. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President for Individual Giving at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health where he was part of the Executive Leadership Team. Before this, Jeff served as Associate Vice Chancellor of Philanthropy and Interim Vice Chancellor of University Relations at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Jeff served Stanford University in two capacities over approximately eight years: Associate Director of Development the Graduate School of Business and Chief Development Officer for Stanford Athletics. Jeff also brings experience from secondary education, having served as Vice President for Advancement at Bellarmine College Preparatory. Jeff began his development career in annual giving at Butler University, Indiana.
Jeff has excelled in leadership roles within the fundraising sector. His expertise encompasses developing and implementing comprehensive campaign strategies, leading planned giving efforts and establishing meaningful partnerships with corporations and foundations. Jeff’s professional journey is highlighted by his consistent success in enhancing annual fundraising performance and substantially elevating alumni engagement and contributions.
Jeff earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Butler University.
