Have you been putting things off you need to get done? Do you complete tasks at the last minute? Is procrastination causing increased stressed or affecting your sleep? What can you do about it? In this workshop we will address procrastination and time management challenges which affect your academic performance and daily life. We will redefine procrastination, identify contributing factors to procrastination, and will provide strategies to address procrastination. This workshop will be provided in person in Oasis Building 121, Room 1110 and will be offered via zoom.
