The Oasis KGI Commons is the first housing complex in KGI’s 20-year history! The state-of-the-art facility opened in July of 2019 and includes an open outdoor plaza, student lounges, a swimming pool, fitness center, BBQ area, and 10,000 square feet of classroom space. The CUC Real Estate and Housing Office functions as a full service Real Estate and Property Management office, providing on and off-campus housing services for students, faculty, and staff of the Claremont Colleges.
