“Pharmacy school today is like a great highway with numerous exits that will lead you to your future career. Some of you have been traveling this road for a while, and other have only just begun. But this highway that you drive down has not always existed. It started out years ago as a dirt path with only one destination. The trailblazers who came before us cleared the way, and elevated student pharmacists and pharmacists to become the professionals they are today. Moving forward, the Academy must continue to build upon this progress, but not focus on just the individual or the community. Bringing new ideas together to realize the brilliant strength in each student pharmacist contributes to the greater good. By focusing on all aspects of life-career, community, and self-APhA-ASP members can reach as shared vision of their own future and the future of pharmacy, together.” – E. Michael Murphy 2018-18 APhA-ASP National President

Do you like drinking beer? So, do we! This is a social club whose focus is enjoying a nice, cold brew with friends old and new. Occasional formal outings to local breweries to taste new developments and old favorites and learn about the history of these places and fermentation techniques in general. If none of that extra stuff interests you, come out just for the drinks instead. More occasional informal meetups of friends who want to get drinks. All are welcome, come on out! Some of the club leadership are also interested in starting our own batch of homebrew so if unique applications of bioprocessing and fermentation are of interest to you, let us know and we can get you involved.

KGI Strategy & Consulting Club’s objective is to increase awareness about consulting careers among KGI students by providing them with the necessary preparation, education, and resources.
