Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

  • A number of merit-based and need-based scholarships are available to admitted students. Admitted students are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships. To be considered for need-based scholarships, admitted students must fill out the FAFSA and KGI Need-Based Aid Application. Additional information can be found by clicking here.

  • Estimated entering class size each year is 50-60 students.

  • No, the KGI PharmD program does not require the PCAT, TOEFL, or any other standardized test for admission.

  • Early decision is no longer offered as an option in PharmCAS. Applicants are encouraged to apply early in the admissions cycle to ensure that scholarships are still available and there is still room in the class.

  • Once your application is verified by PharmCAS, the Admissions office will begin the review process. If the Admissions Office determines that you qualify, you will be sent an invitation to interview via email.

  • If the course you took is not listed on the prerequisite guide, please send the following information to sphs.admissions@kgi.edu for review:

    • Name of school
    • Course number/name
    • Course description
    • Number of credits (semester or quarter)
    • Grade you received in the course (if applicable)
