Have you ever wished you could be a super hero? To have the strength of Captain America, speed of the Flash, time travel of Dr. Strange? To save the world from Thanos, Doctor Doom, or Magneto?

Well, what if I told you that you can become a super hero?!? Do you remember the COVID pandemic? There were multiple STEM careers involved in developing, producing, and supplying a vaccine so that people could be protected from the virus and return to normal life – I would call that heroic! This is just one of the many examples where STEM careers are definitely super heroes! Please join us to learn all of the many ways that you could have a positive impact on, and possibly even save, the world through a STEM career.

This program will be held on campus. Students participating in this program are financially responsible for their transportation, housing, and food throughout the program.

    • Each STEM career will be highlighted as a super hero in the example provided
    • For instance, many STEM careers were super heroes working together to bring the COVID vaccine to fruition in a short period of time

    Application Review

    The Admissions Committee is made up of faculty and senior administrators who will thoroughly and conscientiously review each application. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

    Application Requirements

    An online application form is required that contains questions about your personal and educational background. Additional requirements can be submitted along with your online application or separately:

      Please provide a brief statement of which KGI programs you are most interested in and why (refer to the  web page for list of programs).

  • There is a $20 application fee.
