Office of the Registrar

Hours: 

• Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Office of the Registrar is located in Building 215.

In addition to requests for transcripts and enrollment verification, the Registrar’s Office processes changes in registration, enrollment status, and course information.

The Registrar’s Office is committed to:

• Maintaining the accuracy and the integrity of KGI student records
• Ensuring compliance with KGI policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with higher education regulations
• Facilitating administrative processes for students, faculty, staff
